「No one there to check in so went got another place so paid again. We bought insurance to cover a situation like this. Communicated with expedia and no help at all. Expedia said someone would be there to check us in. It was in the contract. No one was there. Want our money back for room」

The owner sent timely updates and made certain that we were comfortable and settled in - we felt welcomed even though all communication was via messages」

「This is an old hotel/motel type property that is in need of some upgrading. The room was dark and had broken dresser drawers. The bathroom seemed clean but needed a paint job to spruce it up. The front desk woman was friendly and efficient.」

「Excellent déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre et l'hôtel en général était d'une propreté impeccable. Nous voyagions avec 2 jeunes enfants et nous avons pu faire le check-in plus tôt sans frais additionnels comme la chambre était déjà prête. Excellent service!!! Je recommande 10/10 :)」
