Bad things that staff wouldn’t be able to do anything about: Door safety latch didn’t work but our kids were asleep before we noticed. Very dusty room & couches are very gross. Breakfast was amazing and staff was wonderful. Beds were also comfy.

Staff were kind and property was clean. Unfortunately the water slide wasn’t operating at the time we checked in around 5pm or so. The pool was also freezing cold because they had an issue with the boiler but they had it fixed not long after.
