I asked for a specific tower and she was more than accommodating! The only issue that I had with the room was that my bathroom sink stopper was broken and in the down position. I needed to go out so I reported it to the front desk and by the time I returned, it was fixed and a note was left by the engineer who did the repair! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. "

"Such a great place to stay. The rooms were big with a fridge and microwave, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was perfect temperature. While the hotel does not have a restaurant in site, you have many dining options just a few steps away. This will be the only place I stay from now on in Reno. "
