Would not recommend

Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. There were no views of the lake from the hotel as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was advertised from 7-10am. When we went down at half 8 there were no staff and the restaurant again wasn't open. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying only one due to the poor quality of the hotel. Very disappointing!

Malgré la garantie de réservation par Hotel.com, nous n'étions pas attendu, l'hôtel affichant complet. Tout s'est arrangé grâce à la bonne volonté et la gentillesse du patron qui nous a libéré une chambre, mais avec un seul lit pour 2 gaillards de 85 et 83 kilos. La place était comptée 😊. Celà fera partie des souvenirs de notre road-trip en moto, en espérant qu'il reste unique.😉
