"Hotel is great. It's clean and all of their staff is friendly and helpful. All inclusive is the best option. Pools were great. Please warn guests about the noseeum bugs as soon as they arrive. No one told us and wewere bit several times before we got yo out room."

"I checked in early and expected an early check in fee. It’s was 49$ . Then informed receptionist that we were leaving before breakfast the next day. I asked if I could enjoy the breakfast the day i checked in instead of check out day. Was told no. Breakfast cost us over $40. So we between the early fee and breakfast it doubled the cost of room . I understand policies but staff was pretty rigid and not trying to accommodate. In the room: it was clean. Showers fantastic! Terrible A/C, stuffy room. Beds were uncomfortable. We traveling to PC quite a bit and this hotel is off our short list for choices."

"The property was really nice for the most part. There were a few areas that might need to be fixed soon but nothing major. The pools were great. Staff was great. Didn't have any problems with parking. Lots of great activities for the kids to do. Would stay again. One thing I wasn"t aware of was low tide they had it a few times during our stay, so had to wait for the water to come back before we could play in the ocean. "
