This is a motel disguised as a “hotel!” One can’t sleep bc of moans, smells of humidity in t room (jacuzzi on bottom floor). I had no choice, but to stay, everything was sold out.

Super BAD do not nook

I didn't stay at this property as the parking was outside in the open and the area was not safe at night. This hotel should not be on hotels.com as it is a pay by the hour hotel and not a proper hotel. They would not allow us to enter the reception didn't want to answer the phone when hotels.com called

No son claros con sus tarifas anunciadas en el lugar, tampoco mencionan que al hospedarte, el estacionamiento queda al exterior de la propiedad sin ningún tipo de vigilancia y no se hacen responsables por daños al vehículo, además de que uno tiene que entrar caminando y cargando sus cosas así esté lloviendo. La atención es pésima desde el recibimiento y durante toda la estancia, no nos pudieron brindar una cobija en la noche porque "no tenían".

Pésimo

Hotel en pésimas condiciones de mantenimiento, fallas en su WiFi y se hospeda gente que se la pasa con su música de banda y cumbia hasta las 2 de la madrugada y no dejan dormir, para colmo de males al día siguiente hay otros que dejan la habitación muy temprano y hacen escándalo parece que se están mudando de su casa. En resumen, todo se escucha. Jamás volveré a ese hotel.
