Habitación con olor a humedad, regadera tapada muy pequeña, atención de la Recepcionista pésima, salimos a correr mi Esposo y yo por la mañana al regresar le pregunté si tenía una botella de agua o Existía algún garrafón en el hotel me dijo que no, mi esposo vio un refrigerador que es propiedad de el hotel y tomó una botella de agua y le preguntó que cuánto era nos dijo que 20 y él le dijo que si podría pagarlo cuando dejáramos la habitación y nos dijo que no, eso nos molestó porque éramos huéspedes así que él tuvo que subir por el dinero para que pudiera subir el Agua a la habitación; yo le dije que me quejaría de su mala educación y solamente me contestó que no le importaba, la ubicación excelente pero Sin duda no me volvería a quedar en ese hotel además no sirve el Elevador y la habitaciones son distintas a la que me dieron.

A mi familia y a mi nos gustó por la sencillez, localización y practicidad, se encuentra en buena zona cercano a la playa, pero quizás faltó que tuvieran más cuidada la alberca para su uso, ya que mis hijos y esposa quisieron usarla pero se encuentra deteriorada y sucia.

Le dije a la recepcionista que si podría quitarme las sillas porque mi hijo podria subir y caer de una ventana (sin protecciónes) y no quiso. Nada accesibles y el estacionamiento si encuentras lugar que bien sino se queda afuera. Ojala nunca tenga un accidente un niño por las ventanas sin protecciónes y contactos muy abajo del piso. Porque van a desear hacerle caso a los consejos de los clientes . Por el problema que se van a meter. Si les pedí el retiro de las sillas en la habitación es para evitar problemas ambas partes . No les interesan los clientes ..ellos siempre tienen la razón .
Lo único que pedimos fue que se llevarán las sillas y se negaron totalmente por seguridad

Cuando reservé, filtre por hoteles que acepten mascota y pagué en la aplicación Al llegar resulta que este hotel EMS pues SOLO ACEPTA RAZAS PEQUEÑAS y aparte al hacer check inn, me cobraron 350.00mxp adicionales por llevarlo. Mi pastor alemán es adulto entrenado en obediencia, guardia y protección. De mal gusto que hagan cargos extra sin avisar en la aplicación

Muy buena ubicación y económico. La alberca le da un muy buen plus. El baño un poco pequeño y se sale el agua junto a la ventana pero por el precio es algo que se puede ignorar. Si recomiendo bastante este hotel, se encuentra en mantenimiento en estos momentos, va a verse mejor sin duda. 😊
