This was a solid 3-star experience. The staff is very friendly. The lobby is cute, the pool area is great. The main issues are in the room, they have a small portion of the room covered in carpet that looks like it hasn’t ever been deep cleaned, it’s also attached to the floor with a metal strip that sticks up in some spots and cut my foot. Also the hotel / room in general has a gross smell to it. Overall, I’m surprised that Hilton would be willing to have their name on this place. The experience was not worth the price I paid for it.
Professional and friendly staff, location was great by the Malecon. The venue was very popular with people. Impression of the place was well keep but the furniture and decorum was worn, place needed renovation.
