「Excellent customer service!」

「The first and last time i visit the hotel. They dont cahange the bed cover every day. Old towels . Noise room next to the main road. Old telephone old tv . No savtey box in room no black out drape. Cleanning staff don’t know any English. When i ask for delivery for my laundry 11 am and i want check out 12 the front dest staff ask me to come down to take my laundy!!! No bell boy to assist for my bags. I think its the worst hotel i visited . No iron olso」

「Do not recommend a night stay; we just had it for a day stay, and it was fine. Not having an elevator is a problem when you have bags. But they provde almost all the needs in the room so that's a plus」

「A family feel- which is important to me! Loved the neighborhood it was in!」

「The location of this hotel is great and very easy to get to by the metro. The price was also okay, but you get what you pay for. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. It was very dusty, and there was mold in the bathroom. It was just too dirty to enjoy. Give this place a miss unless you only care about the location.」

「Thank you so much for the wonderful stay at your boutique hotel , the young man with beard was the best , owner was cooking the best breakfast ever , I’m really impressed with the hospitality, the only thing that I didn’t like is that my bathroom had odor of drainage pipes , everything clean but the odor is not Decoration was nice , 」
