When we complained about this, we didn't receive room-change service or complete/partial refund. Considering how much it costed, I rated the stay as the worst experience ever in my life. 」

「The room was large and clean with a basic kitchen area with a standard refrigerator. Seating are and large desk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Served food to include salad and tomato bisque soup on Wednesday and a full breakfast starting at 6:30am.」
