"Staff was very nice but
Our Room had a dirty bathroom and dirty floors.
It’s very outdated and smelled dusty.
Loud AC unit, bed and pillows were horrible too.
Too expensive for what it offers.
Basic continental breakfast.
Reviews on this hotel must be fake because there is no way it was worth more than 1 or two stars.
Parking is awful, we had to go park at the museum parking lot next to the hotel, which it took us 10 minutes to walk from because the parking is a public parking lot where they also hold receptions for weddings and other events.

"Beautiful place. No elevator for handicap or people with disabilities. You can pay extra for ground floor. They should let you know when booking. Paid 298.00 was not going to pay anything move. I struggled with stairs. Breakfast was great."
"Great place will stay again, the lobby coffee was far better than the trendy coffee shop across the road, and the bar person could mix a great cocktail, at a great price too. They welcomed our dog with treats and scratches, valet parking was convenient.
Would recommend hotel Santa Barbara to anyone."
"The room was just perfect the view and believe it or not interestingly enough it was pretty quiet no traffic but we could hear the ocean just lovely. Jamie at the front desk could not be more accommodating has the rest of your staff Billie Ray and the restaurant we had dinner there twice. We only stayed two nights and we met some lovely people as well. What a great spot. We’ll be back again and again.
