「When I made reservation, pictures clearly showed 1 queen and 1 twin for 4 people. However it was reserved with 2 . When I arrived at hotel, they don’t have the room which showed during reservations. I ended up debating and finally paid 800 for a small ripped bed . Terrible maintenance, the cups were not clean from prior use which has full of ants. Never book again」

「The pictures shown in the app are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. The bathrooms were in poor shape with visible water leakage, and the beds appeared unclean and had bugs. The TV did not work, and the water heater was very small and unable to provide enough hot water even for one person.
