「This is one of the best hotels in the world. Small and charming hotel and what makes it special and great is their staff. They made sure my family and I were comfortable and they went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The staff at Trichy Kitchen were awesome. Not forgetting the room manager and the F&B staff. I absolutely stay here again when I come back.」

「It says buffet break fast. But no breakfast was provided. Then they brought it from some outside restaurant. They don’t have a restaurant. The rooms are also not great. 」

「Everything is fine except for the parking. The hotel is located in a busy congested area and if you own a big car like Innova etc. parking is a night-mare. They make you park your car outside - in the road. Wish they had a valet service. In fact, i called them and enquired about the parking. They did mention that, yes we can easily park Innova but i had a very very tough time. Will not choose this hotel for my next tiruchy trip mainly due to parking hassles.」

「No bathroom towel given, cupboard door fell off, altogether the rooms and bed was clean but to costly of what they advertised. I do not recommend this Hotel!」

「Terrible hotel ! Prepaid reservation not recognised on arrival and a rude manager to deal with the situation. Breakfast offering very poor and cold food served. Would not recommend a stay here at all, avoid at all costs. 」

「Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours」
