"We had a very pleasant stay. The parking was straightforward, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and we especially enjoyed having the pool and amenities practically all to ourselves. The dinner and cocktails at the restaurant attached, Industria, were sublime. 10 out of 10 recommend! The staff were polite and helpful, although the initial interaction felt a little less warm when I first spoke in English, and was responded to in French. As a first-time hotel guest, the one thing I would recommend improving is communication at check-in. A temporary $200 hold was placed on the room charge, which I now understand is standard, but it was not explained to us and we were left to assume we should already know what it was. A quick explanation would have made the experience much smoother. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere and proximity to Dix-Trente."

"This motel was exceptional for location and value. The only issue we had was we spent a lot of time by the river and the grass needed cutting. The pool was not clean, algae was slimy on the stairs and bottom so we avoided using it. We chose this hotel bc of the pool and we had a toddler with us. We will definitely stay here another time, staff was efficient and friendly."
