Excellent stay in Venice!
The Pesaro Palace was very nice! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff was friendly offering many recommendations and e cell ent directions. The Pesaro Palace was conveniently located to the grand canal, only minutes from the Rialto Bridge and about 20 minutes from SN Marco Square!

The property was in a great location, it had its own pier, was close to the water bus stop and in walking distance to restaurants and sites. The hotel had a lift and 24 hour reception which was handy. The feel, furniture and style of the hotel had a great feel and character. Our room was huge! And it had a fantastic view of the canal (we selected this).

Rooms are traditionally design , need little-bit of more improvement with built in amenities in rooms like usb or usb-c chargers as majority of the world uses iPhones. Staff is extremely hospitable . Location is excellent, very close & easy walk to boat dock for Murano & Burano visits , easy walk to Rialto bridge and St. Marks Sqr, excellent choice of restaurants and shopping.

Our stay was amazing. Front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were very nice. The location is very good. Enjoyed the old world ambiance. We highly recommend the hotel.

The location on the Grand Canal was just wonderful. There was a water taxi stop directly in front of the property which was very convenient.

The best romantic place to stay in vinece, I left today and i already missed it. Very convenient to take the boat, delicious breakfast, nice people; very professional and helpful. The room was amazing, I felt in a castle. Thank you all for making our stay so special and memorable

We had a very pleasant experience in this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel directly on the Grand Canal and with a great view. The room and the common areas were clean, beautiful and very enjoyable! In addition to that, the staff is very helpful and there is a 24/7 support. The hotel is also well located with restaurants and activities at a walkable distance. It is also possible to take the boats (public transportation or the private taxi) directly from the hotel. I would definitely book again with Pesaro Palace!

Our party of 3 arrived at 7:00 PM and one of our rooms was still not cleaned. Two of the other rooms included three steps to get into the bedroom and another ten to get up to the bathroom. Difficult to navigate during the night and not for me as I'm 72 years old. It was not part of the description when I reserved our three rooms.

This property is located just next to a water bus station. You can take the water bus to get here from the train station, and also from the hotel to the train station or to the airport bus station. We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was not bad at all, only about 15 minutes walking distance. The hotel is located at the end of a small alley so you need to use your phone to guide you there. We took the water bus (9.5 Euro per person per trip) from the hotel to the airport bus station, and spent 10 euro per person to get to the airport. I would recommend to do so, very cheap and convenient. I don't think you need any Taxi service at all although taxi - I mean water taxi here - can take you everywhere with convenience but expensive.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL as well as FOSCARI PALACE as same owners ISSUES: • No bellboy on arrival to help with luggage, was given a room that required hiking bags up a spiral staircase • 2 tvs in room, one remote only, neither tv worked • no assistance was possible to fix tvs after 5pm as.... • only one staff at a time unless at breakfast, then you have ONE extra person to help with coffee • multiple light switch covers missing in room • 2 bedside lamps not working, solution was only to use a different plug (which was actually an extension cord), leaving no plugs to charge phones in room (no alarm for morning)... • said lamps both had stripped wiring cords exposing bare wires • main light in bedroom flickered, didn't feel safe given above • toilet paper was stored on the toilet brush handle and on bidet rim (gross, NOT A ROLL HOLDER) • eggs offered at breakfast buffet were days old and soft boiled (definitely waiting to make someone sick) • key to room must be left at reception when leaving hotel, however wasn't told this on check in and was yelled at when I returned • no glasses or cups in room, had to fetch from reception myself as solo staff working • light in lounge area not working at all • fuse box exposed not locked or secured for the full floor • in speaking to some locals, rumor has it that this group of hotels is a front to embezzle money and that's why they don't really care about the properties or how it's run PROS: • garden courtyard and location

Perfect location! On the main canal and literally at the Ca D’Oro stop. Perfect to get too and from the airport. Service is amazing! Friendly staff anything you asked is possible. Very friendly to families with kids. This was the most enjoyable stay we had for a long time.

First room had ants in it on ground floor. Got quickly moved to another clean room without ants. It's spring so they wanted to say hello. Wonderful location. Staff was great. Rooms was fine for a couple. I would have them add more outlets or places for you to plug in USB devices.

Really like the location of the hotel. Liked our room but would have liked better lighting. Ceiling very high and chandelier too high to allow reading In bed. Closet area set in a dark alcove and difficult to see where things were. Also would have like CNN on the tv.
