Beautiful property in a superb location. It is only one bedroom not two, we were two single ladies wanting a room each, there was a sofa bed and we managed but not ideal. However despite this little hickup I still would rate this property and the experience with 5 stars. Every afternoon the gondale passed by and listening to the tenors singing was just amazing. The property is beautiful, well presented, well equipped and cared for. Finally the hosts were also superb, they were prompt to respond to queries but not intrusive. Absolutely faboulous stay I cannot not recommend this property highly enough.

A room with a view!!!

This apartment is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Venice! The apartment itself is so beautiful and the view from the windows is jaw dropping. Me and my fiancée sat at the window for hours just watching the gondolas and swallows go by. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walking to most of the places you’ll want to visit. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated and well facilitated. The hosts were excellent, always replied promptly and went out of their way to accommodate us, even organising private water taxis to and from the airport. Honestly if you’re thinking of booking this apartment, do it! You will not regret staying here, I already want to plan our next stay.
The living room overlooks the meandering canal on the right, and a bridge on the left. The light reflects the warm colours through the room making the space bright and still cosy.
Pictures can’t do it justice, you have to see it with your eyes!

Absolutely loved it. 5-star++. The whole family loved the place. The gondola passing by in the morning, live music singing is amazing. Location is amazing, close to Rialto, gondolas. communication and timely help, accommodation w/ young kids was amazing, Good functional and cute kitchen, good washer. Elevator was very helpful with our luggage.

Excellent views from the rooms. I spent hours watching and listening to the passing gondolas. The flat was as nice as the pictures. The location was so close to where we wanted to go.

First visit to Venice

From the moment we landed in Venice and alerted the staff that we were on our way we really got a great feeling about our decision to stay here. Simon (part Canadian!!!!) who works at the hotel was fantastic and helped us find our way around and was there to answer all of our questions. Rest of the hotel staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful as well! The apartment could not be situated in a better location. We were well within walking distance of all major attractions, bars, restaurants and all things Venetian!!!! From our windows we saw a constant stream of gondola's (some with singing gondoliers on board) and this made us really feel the vibe of the city. The apartment itself was well equipped and spacious and having the added bonus of an elevator was great! Only downside would be the beds and bedding....not the most comfortable (too hard), but this would not at all lessen our recommendation of anyone looking for a fantastic spot to book here! Thank you to everyone who made this happen and created a memorable holiday for our family! Lisa, Paul, Athena, Nicholas
