Cute hotel but very small. Outside patio with seating and amazing staff. Also great location. If your claustrophobic the shower will be a problem for you. Otherwise a very cute and quaint hotel worth the price!

All of the staff were so wonderful and kind. They gave us a whole list of recommendations for restaurants/bars and things to do upon our arrival. Hotel was in walking distance to many attractions and delicious restaurants!

If I could I would give 10 stars. The staff was incredible! They all went above and beyond tomake sure our stay was perfect. From impeccable resturant suggestions, to ensuring we had our water taxis and excursions locked in they were always there for us. I will absolutely stay here again when in Venice!

Great location, very close to the main attractions in Venice. Room was clean and comfortable and check in process easy to follow. The hotel shared a great list of restaurants & bars which helped find some great spots that weren’t in the usual tourist trap areas. Would recommend for a solo traveler

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The location is so close to St. Mark’s square, and is easy to find! The staff were absolutely amazing and reserved us a private water taxi to the train station when we left. Our room also had a private terrace which was perfect for a peaceful breakfast every morning! 11/10 recommend!

It is a bit difficult to find and more like an Airbnb—no one there at evening check-in and I had to call someone to figure out which room was mine and how to key in the code. But what was really strange was when the maid (housekeeping) just walked in without a knock on the door or announcing herself. It was mid-morning and I was asleep in bed--she barged in and spoke Italian for a few minutes, then finally left. The balcony is useless—unless you smoke and need to go outside. The room was TINY, the bed had only a top sheet on it-not a mattress pad under the sheet. There was a nice bathroom with a tub-jacuzzi. People talking at the desk downstairs woke me up. The front desk area is very small & guests had left empty water bottles & trash behind. I would not stay here again—too expensive for what it is…although nice location.

Property was beautiful, we had the superior room with the private terrace and it was so nice. The bathroom and room are decorated to a high standard and feels very culturally local and authentically Italian in feel.

Th hotel was very clean and well located. While it is tucked away and quiet, there was some construction going on directly outside of my window. It was unclear why it had to happen there and why it had to happen so early in the day. The staff were pretty helpful but try to upsell you on private transport versus giving you the way less expensive and easy to navigate public options.

While the room was a bit smaller than expected it was perfectly located, and the terrace was a nice touch to be able to sit out in the sun after a long walk. The location is perfect for accessing the water taxi and everything else you could want to see.
