Deluxe room was excellent. Clean and good size. Excellent for Gluten Free breakfast. Staff very helpful sorting a transfer for us. Location - very close to Mestre train station. 100m. Slightly noisy as our room was above a coffee shop at the front but didn’t cause any problems. Would stay again!

The staff were excellent, could not be better. The breakfast was convenient and good. The location was right across the street from the train station to get into Venice proper. Also across the street from where Flixbus dropped us off. The overall vibe for the hotel was fine and convenient, but the walls needed a coat of paint and the shower needed some mold killer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom very modern and whole place was very clean. Great shower water pressure, too! Appreciated the courtesy welcome drinks and snacks, and the fact that they held our bags prior to check-in. Location is the best, being right across from the bus and train station. There is a mini-market 1/2 block away. Only two small complaints: flat pillows and no washcloths. We had to use hand towels as wash cloths. Glad we had 4 pillows to makeup for their flatness, though. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
