「The shower water is horrible. If next room use the hot water , then you need to wait them to finish to get hot water. The swimming is so small compared with the Hu fabulous village . And no cleaning stuff as well. Not worth this price. 」

「Property is conveniently located close to many attractions such as Gardaland and grocery stores. There are 2 restaurants on the premises which makes it extremely convenient. Rooms are relatively clean but I’d recommend maybe bringing your own pillows. My only complaint would be the cleaning fee. You’re charging me a cleaning fee but also expect me to clean and take out my trash, which is why I’m giving it a 4 star instead of 5.」

「The campsite was lovely and welcoming. We stayed in a chalet as a family of 4 with 2 mid-teenagers. We had a perfect view of the lake. The pool was spotless. Shame you had to pay for sun loungers, we never stayed long enough to justify paying so just sat on the tiles in the shade, as did everyone else! Yes you had to wear swim caps but we just did it without complaining, no big deal. It would be useful if they shared this information beforehand on their website or in documentation so people can...
