Le restaurant de l'hôtel offre un menu du midi/soir relativement limité. Idéal d'avoir une voiture pour pouvoir aller en ville sinon ça devient vite redondant. Très tranquille le soir, aucun bar ou service pour prendre un verre autre qu'au restaurant."

"I had trouble with airplane changes that needed to be changed (I had put down the wrong date for the return flight). I tried to do it online and by phone with no success. After a half hour to 45 minutes I went down to the front desk for help. After about a half hour of her talking in Italian, I received conformation of the changes. Both of them at the front desk were helpful, kind and patient with me. I couldn't be happier."

There were plenty of things to do and see (views of volcano, swimming, pool bar, evening music). Power is dated and could use an upgrade but a cute mini-village with some spectacular gardens and scenery."
