「Rooms were newly remodeled with plenty of outlets, clean and well equipped. We arrived late and the kiosk check in was a bit cumbersome. But it all worked well.」

「Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.」

「The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! 「Church bells chiming every 15 minutes, I should have inquired. Breakfast is simple as could be, in a windowless cellar room.Staff unfriendly when asked for help. Room had builder's issues. This was communicated with owner in person.」

「一到達酒店前枱的服務員已經很友善，並告知將我地房間upgarde 左，一打開門，真係超大呀，浴室和測所是分開的，又有浸浴池，很開心，唯一唔好的係早餐，都沒有熱食，蛋呀，腸呀都沒有」

「Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful. Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need. My room may too close to the railway as it shaked whenever the train pass-by, but I am OK with that. I...

「A wonderful stay! Although the hotel is located near the highway, it was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly charming. The room and bedding were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. We would happily stay here again.」
