「Stay at the department next to the main department. Poor and unstable wifi and log out after 9pm. Small bathroom and dirty toilet board. Old lift in the department.」

「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「從入大門就很驚豔，有風格特色，熱情服務人員引領到房間，但失望極至，狹小空間，連擺放物品的桌子也沒有，廁所更是奇怪，有根大圓柱在馬桶邊，上廁所壓力極大又空間狹小。隔音差，不定時聽救護車，及摩托車經過，難入眠，背子既薄又硬，房間設施不理想。」
