「The staff were very kind and accommodating」

「Fin indtjekning. Ikke noget fast personale på indtjekning i receptionen, men tlf man kunne ringe på ved brug for hjælp. Mange trapper og ingen elevator. Meget simpel morgenbuffet. Værelset fantastisk. Køleskab og aircondition. Personalet venligt og hjælpsom. Hotellet ligger i en meget lille by, tæt på jernbane, nogle hyggelige restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Tog til Prag ca 40 min. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne igen.」

「这是当地最大的一间酒店，酒店位于市中心，周围环境不错，有中餐馆和各西餐酒吧。酒店房间面积比较大，但是内装饰不温馨，没有茶叶，热水壶要去前台借用。草餐还可以。也对得起这个价格了。」

「是個遠離市區的好地方，這個城市似乎是度假的好地方，可惜我們沒有多在這個城鎮作停留，房間在2樓，須爬樓梯，大型行李須注意，早餐十分滿意，擁有停車場，下次再經過這裡，會再次入住。前往下一個城鎮也有美麗的楓樹林。」

「Everything is great. The room is really spacious and clean. Breakfast contains lots of different choices. One little thing is that the vending machines at the entrance only take cash (temporarily; I guess there might be a problem with the sensors that need to be fixed?), which is a bit inconvenient for travelers that don’t have cash yet.」

「The hotel is only a few minutes’ walk from the airport arrival hall. The bed is confortable. The room can be more clean. There is a filter water station next to the elevator on each flioor, which is concenient to the guests. 」

「This hotel is in a suburb of prague but there is 24 tram and bus service available. Everything was nice.」

「Our flight was cancelled and I booked late in the evening. Richard was very helpful and me got everything sorted very quickly despite the time. Thank goodness else we would have had to spend the night at the airport. So thank you」
