「Reception are very nice and friendly. The room is tidy and clean. The best thing is the train station is very close to the hotel, just need a couple minutes of walking and you’ll arrive. Also, across the road there are many shops, which you can almost buy everything you need. I’m surely recommend this hotel. 」

「千萬不要被騙，相片外表好靚，進入建築物後，有如恐怖片一般的，所有公眾地方，衛生程度極為骯髒，冇任何照明系統！入住的五天，只有4條毛巾可用，床單都冇更換，最大問題是連熱水爐都是時好時壞，致電屋主維修，還須呆等2小時！不知為什麼？自己要付出不少的租金，但能夠獲得嘅服務等如零！！！」

「別猶豫啦就這間了各位！ It's really a nice experience!! The room is comfortable and safe for sure. Pamella and Anna are so kind. It's really sweet that they treat every guests a welcome shot and we enjoy their traveling story so much~ The location is not in the center but the bus is convenient and it's totally acceptable to walk by foot during the midnight. You will love the tranquility of Zagreb's street」

「Good decoration for a historical building and location is convenient as it’s in a downtown. Nice staff and good breakfast. Suggest to ask and get the map of parking area as it’s quite remote to the hotel. 」
