「Very clean and good food and. Good staff 」

「Staff are not customer-friendly and are in a hurry to close the restaurant, even though they refused to serve an omelette. Food cost is really high, even overall cost, including breakfast, was not worth. No toilet tissues etc. 」

「Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. Also, & more importantly, internet sevice was unstable making it difficult for me to send or receive messages & when I tried to get assistance, the bedside phone was not working. I had to go down to reception to get internet & phone fixed. Thankfully it was only 1 night. Unlikely that I would come back again. 」
