"This property was in need of renovation. The carpet in the room was threadbare, the bathroom was in poor condition. There was what looked like a cigarette burn in the shower. Tile on the floor was missing grout. The shower insert moved when you moved in the shower and the shower head was at shoulder height. I’m 5’10”. The phone in the room had a blinking red light which the front desk could not shut off, I had to block it with stuff so I could not see it blinking all night. The bed side table did not have any outlet or charging ports. Just dated all around. I would not stay here."

"The breakfast that you pay for is a joke...It's 4 small items you're allowed to choose from. When we got there, we had driven 6.5 hours to show up to a hotel room where it clearly states I have 5 people staying in the room, 2 adults & 3 children, there was not a pull out couch, the manager told me I could have some 'bedding' to lay on the floor for my son to make a pallet to sleep on. When we finally got ready for bed, the TV quit working, I went downstairs to ask the manager for help & she said "they just installed the boxes yesterday, I don't know how to help you" sooo we didn't even have TV for the one night we stayed there. When you walk in the hotel looks gorgeous & has everything you'd ever need but looks can be very deceiving. The main elevator in the lobby is absolute trash too. The rolling cart that you can use to bring your bags up was completely broken in 3 different pieces. It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. What a joke!!"

"No microwave in room. No coffee pot in room. They don’t carry coffee in lobby 24 hours. The last time coffee is made is 3pm and not made again until 4 or 5 am. Over priced. It should not be more than 50.00 a night."

"We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. We had an issue with the AC so we traveled donators again and they had a guy at the front desk who was supposed to follow us up. After 30 minutes in a warm room we tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. After about 45 minutes he finally shows up at which time we told him that we had figured it out by using the wall mount controller and not the unit controller. Breakfast was typical but when we got down there they and a few potatoes and eggs, the entire line needed to be replenished but to my knowledge it was not. Very disappointing….."
