「Can’t recommend the Livia Garden Hotel enough. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure that you are well looked after. Fantastic Turkish breakfast to start the day and wonderful location with easy access to Ephesus, The Temple of Artemis, St John’s Church, the Mosque and the Aqueduct. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Thank you Erdam and team.」

「Pros: very clean, spacious room with A/C and great location with lovely breakfast Cons: what the description doesn’t make clear is that the “hotel” is 5 rooms sandwiched on a floor between a coffee shop (below) and pizza restaurant (above) …our room must have been right under the kitchen because until ~10:40pm (22:40) we could hear every chair scrape, clanging dish, and thumping music above us * if you are at all sensitive to noise this is NOT the place for you* ***the Expedia listing says...

「Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff was so kind, breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Best in Turkey so far. Central courtyard was so peaceful, room was cool and perfectly clean. Wonderful stay, hope to return soon.」

「Good breakfast and the owner was very helpful. Our tour's pickup time was at 8 AM and he served our breakfast at 7 AM instead of 8:30AM the usual time. We communicate through Whatsapp and he responded quickly. The room is big, nice and clean just as the picture showed in Expedia. He has a pizza place in front of the St John Church. We ate dinner on his rooftop restaurant with a beautiful scenery.」

「Not a big hotel but you can find everything’s cozy and warm here! Very detail decoration, cozy bedroom and convenient location to Efes. What’s more surprise is you can enjoy Turkish bath and sauna here to relax yourselves after taking long bus travelling to Selçuk. The host Mr.Ali and his team are all very kind person and treated everyone like VIP guest. I called him Baba. He is my Ali Baba :) I would definitely love to come here again. 」

「Otelde 5 gün kaldık. Kaldığımız en temiz oteldi kesinlikle. Odalara çıkan merdivenlerde yüzüne vuran sabun kokusu bile tek başına yeterliydi. Konumu çok merkezi, otel çok sıcak ve bize ev gibi hissettiren bir enerjiye sahipti. Çalışan herkes çok güler yüzlüydü, kahvaltıda çıkan herşey çok lezzetliydi. Her sabah sundukları kahvaltı tabakları çeşitli ve çok lezzetliydi.」

「Nice little hotel close to attractions. The owner is very nice and helpful. The room is enough to be confortable, not too big but we spent most of our time going to places. The breakfast is tasty, served by the owner. Be careful with google maps, the location is not accurate, you'll be better following up signs.」

「Here we stayed 2nights.I booked the room which the space was not big but very nice and the decoration was very elegant.The owner is very kindly and friendly.The breakfast was very delicious.It had a good location for visit Efes and Sirince.I recommend here!!」

「非常热情，介绍功能时非常周到，而且还详细介绍了附近游玩的地点，是主人自己在经营，所以服务很好。是个平房小院，离圣约翰教堂和城堡步行几分钟就到。还是蛮方便的。床垫再舒适些就更好了。还算满意。」
