「Good management 」

「Room was tidy but there were no basic toiletries or coffee/tea, although there was a jug for boiling water. I had to make a special request for these before they were provided. 「Pathetic rooms I didn’t stay had to find another hotel at 11 pm Expedia should verify the listing Terrible 」
