"I'd especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception who helped me during my stay. I was going to arrive back at the hotel late at night, so I asked him if the area was safe. He kindly reassured me that it was generally safe and told me that if I needed any help or felt uncomfortable for any reason, he would be at the reception and would be happy to assist. He also gave me a bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful gesture. His kindness and professionalism genuinely made my stay more enjoyable, and I really appreciate how welcoming he was. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The building is a little old, but it was clean and well maintained. The location isn't right in the city centre, but it's easy to get around by bus, so it wasn't a problem."
