"The property and views were stunning. Spacious room and bathroom, breakfast was also good. My only gripe would be the room could do with a small fridge, as there is nowhere nearby to get a cold drink."

Beautiful property. Very nicely furnished. Excellent beds. Very quiet but two blocks away from the main square. Easy parking. Friendly owners. We hope to come back.

Our room was #10. Clean and in good order, large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful! Would certainly stay at Fin Chapon again.

Our room was spotless, well-equipped and supremely comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good. There is very little you would walk to from here, but if you have a car this is an excellent stop.

We loved this hotel. Amazing setting on the river with picturesque views in two directions from our corner room. Utterly charming in every way. The self serve Italian coffee machine in the salon is fantastic. Walk to everything in the delightful village with many riverside park areas. We took short drive to Brantome for an excellent dinner. Can’t edit to go back!

The parking lot is very convenient. We need wheelchair access and it was very good here. Staff are always around and helpful. It is also very convenient so we were able to walk to restaurants and many attractions in the area.

The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What...

This is a charming and elegant facility with a friendly, helpful proprietor who went out of his way to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. A couple with two to four children would feel like a royal family here. Low-to-the-floor beds and lack of adequate storage space were a bit awkward for two older ladies in what would be the children's room. All in all, a delightful experience.

The hidden gem of Dordogne! I’m not sure where to start - the incredible hospitality, the beautiful surroundings, or the fantastic accommodations. Breakfast was sumptuous - Martine is quite the cook and many ingredients are sourced from the grounds. Whether you want to stay for a couple of nights or a week or more, there is plenty to see and do, and then you can go back and enjoy the comfort of Domaine du Pouzelaine.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable. You are in Brantome to experience the city and and the surrounding area, not get the full spa experience. The staff was very helpful and helped us non-french speakers out with all of our questions. It was a great jumping off point for the rest of our city touring.
