「Hotel bonito, muito limpo, renovado e muito bem localizado no centro de Rouen. Ao lado da catedral e à estação de metrô, bem como do Rio Sena. Cama e chuveiro excelentes. Toalhas de banho novas e de qualidade. Ao fazer essa reserva, cometi um erro e o hotel foi muito prestativo em ajudar e corrigir o erro sem custo adicional. Agradeço muito a prestatividade da equipe. 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Incredible hotel with amazing staff on site. In particular, Stephen was extremely hospitable, and all of the staff made us feel like we were staying with (very luxurious) family! The hotel property and rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was amazing. The food at the sister hotel up the road was delicious, and we wish we could have stayed much longer. Will be back when we return to Honfleur!」

「This was the first place we stayed after a very long travel day. We did wait a bit to check in but the staff was v nice. There are lovely gardens to sit in and eat appetizers and have wine/beer/soft drinks. Swimming pool is indoors and very well kept. We didn’t have time to use spa. Rooms were simple but beds were good. The only negative no air conditioner and it was mid 80s during day. But left window open and it cooled down to 60s at night. Easy parking if you’re using a car. 「Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. I had a great recommendation from the hotel less than 10 steps away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and amazing with a large bathroom with a shower door and nice shower. It was very clean, comfy and cozy, I totally recommend visiting this hotel in Rouen. The staff was very nice and helpful....
