"The hotels website advertises itself as a 4 star hotel. The hotel is at best a 2 star. It is in need of paint, the furniture is beat up, chipped. The carpets are beaten down. The rooms are a ghost of what they show in the photos. It’s also in a rundown area-the train station is not in a great area. The towels were old and scratchy and only one bath towel was provided. I have never been in a shower that small, I’m a woman on the thin side and it was crowded for me. The window in the bathroom was incapable of closing. The one bright spot was the breakfast which was great. Don’t ask for a to go breakfast, it’s just prepackaged bread and an apple. There is also no coffee tea service in the rooms. I got far better hotels in Barcelona, Nice and Genoa on this trip for the same price. "
"Rooms were very clean, with the mattress looking brand new. Staff were very friendly and spoke English as well as Italian and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it to start our day. "
"The quad room we booked for 3 adults was really a family room with a large queen (possibly a king, we were only there for 12 hours) and 2 pullout chairs that 2 of us slept on. Anyway, it worked okay for the few hours we had it. Also, there were only lights on the side of the room with the regular bed. It would have been helpful to have had lights on both sides."
"This is purely a camping stay. Don't keep high expectations in terms of toiletries, daily cleaning etc. There was no Coffee/Tea too in the room. Make sure you bring all the basic essentials. Overall in terms of cost, it was fairly reasonable. Wifi is only stronger in common areas, don't expect it to be available inside the rooms. The location is very good as we can hop on a city bus right outside the main gate. There is also a decent supermarket on the other side of the road."
"I'm happy to take the time to write this review, they deserve it.
The location makes getting to the airport terminal quick and easy. 20 yards outside the hotel lobby is an elevator leading to the enclosed walkway to the the main entrance of the airport. It's an easy walk of only 10 minutes, and smooth surfaces for rolling your luggage.
Shuttles and taxis are also easily accessible, if you want to leave the airport grounds.
The staff is first class, and willing to assist in whatever you need. I especially like that they have a secure room for luggage storage while waiting for your room availability. And there is no extra charge for this service.
We stayed on the Executive floor. It was quiet and the room was large and comfortable. They gave us room 5050 which was handicap friendly. My wife broke her leg on the last day of our trip, and needed the special accommodations. The hotel staff was quick to offer us the use of a wheelchair, and made sure we were comfortable.
The lobby is huge and offers several seating options. Weather you're alone, or in a large group, there are several areas in the lobby to escape to. They also offer a very well stocked bar, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of Italian and American food options.
Another very refreshing perk was that the entire staff spoke English. That makes the stay even better.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone using the Rome airport, for the night before your flight."
"Room was spotlessly clean. All staff were super nice. Hotel restaurant meal were fantastic! Easy shuttle to Airport. Nice views over river and to the Mediterranean. Our room had a balconey to sit on tio."
