「The description about the facility is totally wrong. The photos and presentation is like his place is a 5 STAR hotel! The fact of the matter is this is a dungeon. One small bedroom with minimal basic amenities. All the photos are edited and AI generated. There is no reception or common areas. I had to use my phone light to shave in the bathroom. On the website, it says " Free Parking as a given associated with this property which is very rare" That is a total lie. There are street parking which...

「Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up). 」

「The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. Aside from that, the rooms are nice and the property is pleasant. They should update the listing to be more accurate for future guests. 」

「The room was clean and perfectly located. We were within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. Once we came back before our room was done being cleaned and gentleman at the front desk made me an amazing espresso while we waited. My only negative is there was no A/C and often in the evenings after we took showers the room would be warm and humid which lead to poor sleep. 」
