"If you want to be in the middle of a party scene this place is not for you however if you crave absolute quiet, this is the perfect spot. In the day time you will only hear an occasional donkey and at night you hear crickets. The view is vast -encompassing olive and pine trees and then the sea. Truly spectacular. You see Skiathos town, the further peninsula called Punta, two more islands and then Glossa the town on the neighboring island of Skopelos. At night you see the lights of Skiathos and Glossa. In the day time you watch the boat traffic and enjoy the beautiful sea. The villa is well maintained with all the amenities for meal preparation and is immaculate. The splash pool was perfect after a day at the beach, refreshing and very clean. We had a small two seater table outside for dining overlooking the view. The owner was extremely nice and always immediately responsive. We had about 60 stairs to navigate and I have some mobility issues but there are always sturdy railings and it is well designed. The access driveway is very steep with sharp turns but it is also well designed and safe."

"Very attentive and friendly staff, especially Dimitri. Terrific setting in the mountains away from the very commercial centre. Excellent traditional food in Anastasia's Restaurant Just be aware there is no elevator, so many stairs to the upper level."

"Love this place. The staff, the hotel itself. Including location. My only niggle would be the usual towels on the beach sunbeds from early morning! And then people not appearing for hours to use the sun beds! No one seems to check that they are staying at the hotel either. Apart from that, everything is fab. I’ll be back for a 4th visit I’m sure"

"Beautiful hotel with glorious views of the bay and mountains. Lovely oasis of calm after a day out. The rooms have amazing views and good size balconies. They are very well equipped with a fridge , hair dryer, kettle etc . Beds are very comfortable too . Everything is so well kept and the owners/staff are so friendly and helpful. Note there is a steep walk up to the hotel but absolutely worth it for the views . Great location as it’s a short walk to Skiathos town and the bus stop nearby ."

"Host was great and provided clean towels daily during my 5 night stay. Room 3 perfect , wobbler sink but ok do not lean on and really could not cook in there as no space, did breaky but fire alarms on eggs only be warned !! open all windows. Bin needed in bedroom, pool clean but close early at 7pm and open only at 9am. look forward to new dining area in 2 years and appreciative of local fish dining hot spots away from tourist usual suspect. bravo sir keep up high standards, spotless place :) Well Deffo return :)"

"Great location, Sunday our rep was fab & helpful. A rather busy road outside but you do not hear this through the closed windows. Bus stop 7 immediately outside & can get to both sides of the Island, approx €2pp into town. Water taxi available on the beach regularly too - approx €4 into town & worth the experience. Lots of taxis available approx €10-15 from town depending on time of day. The beach is within easy reach via a tunnel under the road. We did water sports down there on our last day. Lovely villa, spacious, clean, well equipped. Cleaners came more often than we expected they were lovely, changed towels etc Fabulous for our needs. We stayed in Villa 1, King Alexander - so ‘level 1’. Kitchen, living area, guest toilet on the entrance level which leads out onto a lovely balcony area & separate pool area which covers front & side so got sun all day. Downstairs were all three bedrooms, family bathroom & inside the main bedroom was an en-suite toilet with open plan bath (jacuzzi - which we did not use). Shower head with the bath but no where to place this on the wall so had to sit & hold shower over ourselves which was inconvenient but did not spoil anything for us, I imagine the views get better the further up you are. Would not recommended for anyone with accessibility needs as lots of steps / hills, no lift that we could find but this was great exercise for us! Tips: Recommend using the Wolt App to deliver groceries / take aways if planning to eat in."
