「The hotel and their staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern and the room was HUGE with a wonderful view including water. Staff were lovely at the front desk and exceptionally efficient as well. The entire hotel smells amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and it’s very cutesy. There are a few reasons it could be a 4 star. The beds aren’t that comfy, we needed to arrange AC w the front desk (but they did it remotely!), and the staff at the attached restaurant...
