Nice hotel not far from where we wanted to be

This hotel had everything we needed and the staff were very accomodating. The rooms were very spacious and offered a level of comfort we didn't expect. 100% we would recommend this as a place to stay.

Gezellig hotel tegenover de Sea Garden en strand

Prima locatie tov park, strand en stad. Bus stopt voor de deur, uitstekend restaurant naast het hotel. Ruime kamers, goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel.

Average hotel, not for long stays

The staff at the hotel were courteous and friendly. However the hotel itself is not great. I the room was average. Clean, but not spectacular. The double bed was two twin beds put together. Not very comfortable for two people sleeping. The climate control blew only cold air. So much so that even set to heat with the thermostat at 31 degrees the room was 22 degrees. After complaining 3 times I was given a space heater, which did the job. The maintence person who was supposed to fix the system did not fix it the next day. So we used the heater again in the night. The spa was very disappointing. The sauna was not a sauna, and paying extra to use it was added dejection. If it were a 1 night stay, it's ok, although you can stay at better hotels closer to th centre for less. But we were there for 3 nights in a first floor room without heating. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant next door. Easily one of the best restaurants in Varna and one of my favorite.

A great hotel where you'd like to stay loooonger !

We have spent five nights at the BW Park Hotel. It's a very clean and comfortable hotel, it's very closed to the Sea Garden. It's 20 pleasant minutes by feet to the city center, maybe 10 to the beach, or just a few minutes by easy bus if you prefer. There are many things to do in Varna, and after a long day visiting, shopping or going to the beach, it's really appreciable to be back at the BW Park Hotel ! The breakfast is really good and with a large choice of many salted or sweet things, many beverages, fresh fruits, too. A good day starts with a strong breakfast : they know that at this address we sincerely recommend ! Nota : a post office is just a few steps far away, and that's great to post your postcards ^^ A little supermarket is a few dozens of meters far away, too.

Aufenthalt für Zahnarztbehandlung

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Die Angestellten sind freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Essen ist nicht so gut. Vielleicht ist das mein persöhnliches empfinden. Ich habe es nicht sehr gemocht. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Der Aufenthalt war wegen meinen Zahnarztbesuchen nicht super, aber trotzdem gut. Und da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war gut

Die Angestellten waren höflich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte mit jedem Anliegen an das Personal gehen. Die Zimmer sind allerdings nicht gepflegt. Leider wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Gut fande ich, dass es jeden Tag 1,5l Wasser gab.

Bon séjour de 3 nuits

L'hôtel est situé en bordure d'une route importante mais le bruit n'est pas gênant. Un arrêt de bus est à proximité. Cependant la plage et ses restaurants sont un peu éloignés de l'hôtel, environ 20 minutes de marche en traversant le parc. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était correct avec une offre salée et sucrée variée. Cependant je n'ai pas vu de chocolat chaud ou de jus de fruit frais pressé. Chaque jour une grande bouteille d'eau était disponible gratuitement dans la chambre, ce qui fût agréable avec la chaleur. Pour conclure, le rapport qualité prix était satisfaisant.

3* hotel met 4* service

Heel prettig, schoon hotel op een unieke locatie net buiten het centrum van Varna, gelegen aan de snelweg, het prachtige zee park en het strand. Naast het hotel restaurant zijn er uitstekende restaurantjes op loopafstand van het hotel. In de ruime kamer voorzien van airco, gratis wifi, minibar en koffie/thee faciliteiten met uitzicht op zee en het mooie dakterras was het goed toeven. Kortom zeker een hotel om snel weer te boeken.

Difícil de encontrar la entrada principal

La entrada principal no es la de la avenida, al llegar allí hay un cartel que debe darse una vuelta y allí es una aventura llegar. El desayuno podría mejorarse con jugos naturales y yogur búlgaro. La habitación que nos asignaron era muy cómoda y grande.

Services à l'hôtel

Quelques anomalies : restaurant la plus part du temps fermé. Heureusement un resto est à dispo à 1 mn à pied (la maison blanche). Laundry service défaillant, attention, notez ce que vous donnez à nettoyer, cela ne revient pas forcément.. réclamez !!! Bar de l'hôtel fermé à 21h...

Breakfast was poor, but waiter was wery nice. we left iphone on a table and went outside of hotel to take a cab and drive to airport. waiter run out from the hotel and brought phone.

altes hotel, weit vom zentrum -mageres frühstück

Waren nur 2 tage im park hotel , zimmer sind sauber, fitnessraum ist schrecklich(alt und niemand ist dort!), die restl tage waren wir im best western prima hotel..ist deeutlich besser !

nice hotel, a bit away from the center

The hotel is clean, neat with very reasonable prices. The breakfast is good. The restaurant is fine, inexpensive. The access is a bit awkward. Nice park across the road with an access to beaches.

Perfecte locatie voor het strand, maar ook om snel in de binnenstad van Varna te zijn. Het personeel weet goed wat hospitality betekent en daarom ook voor een vrouw alleen een hele prettige accommodatie. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, fitness en uitstekende massage mogelijkheden, airport transfer.

Godd Hotel in Varna (10 min. till Old Town walking

The hotel had good brekfest, polite staff - helped me with mobile phone charging, had the info about free of charge tour in Varna, room is big, bath very clean.Hotel location on main street (where are some parking places, the rest need to use small streets to go to the other side of hotel). Great hotel for family

Good modern hotel on the northern end of the sea gardens. A little bit out of the centre but near to some grat restaurants in the sea garden, as well as one next door. Also relatively near to the wakeboarding facility. Room was clean and comfortable. We booked a suite which is basically two rooms put togerher. It was very good value by UK standards. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Would definitely book again if staying in Varna.

Great staff

We had one place we wanted to go, but even excursion company was unable to get us there. One of the hotel's receptionist arranged the trip for us and that ended to be awesome!
