「Only problem was the main elevator wasn't working and it was a lot of walking for us seniors」

「This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. A delicious breakfast and nutritious breakfast was served each morning of my weeklong stay. The host is warm and welcoming. It is very clean and spacious.」

「The breakfasts are excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. And the view of the river is serene.」

「The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.」

「A little disappointed they never checked if we needed anything refilled as coffee pods or toiletries. Overall it was good and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「Floor wasn’t clean in the room. Could clearly see dirt/ hair everywhere. We paid extra for a river view room, which the view was nice but that’s about it. The room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Air conditioning was barely blowing. Apparently they are finally switching their A/C to digital and had a sign saying sorry for the inconvenience, so maybe that was the problem. If we would have known that we wouldn’t have booked here. For a higher end hotel, we weren’t too impressed.」
