"When we arrived at the address, there was no one in authority. We tried sending a message through the app but couldn't reach anyone. Then we called from another number, but it was very difficult to get through. We thought we were being scammed. We had trouble getting into the room, and it smelled terrible. There were spiders in the bed, the furniture smelled awful, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene were very poor.There wasn't even a glass in the kitchen; nothing...

From the moment you step in, the hotel exudes elegance. Our room was absolutely premium — featuring stunning lavish marble finishes and a beautiful balcony that became our favorite morning spot. Sipping a rich espresso while soaking in the city views was pure bliss.
