"The staff was excellent, the service with the luggage was excellent. Restaurant very good but expensive. Hotel toom price was great Cons. The airport should explained better, I didnot know you had to book the shuttle, so I booked for 8pm and was told if our flight was late there would be one at 9:45. Wrong after a taxi, the front desk gave us breakfast voucher. The coffee machine is a joke! Maintenance needs fone our toilet didn't flush right and the patio door was very to locked due to the fact the locking assembly was almost falling off."

"Room clean nice and big and convenient location next to a Walmart! Was not keen at first for multiple keys, finally did and cannot book shuttle to airport so ended up taking an uber. Nice hotel I just think for the price these little details are important. No milk for free morning coffee and gave us a ride to city mall but not back - luckily Ubers are fast and inexpensive !!!"
