"Needed to add a night onto a pre-existing reservation. They were able to put us in the same room we had already. Very accommodating. Bathroom is dated but clean. Beds are very comfortable. Nice and quiet room. Missed breakfast but was excited to get out and explore Charleston! 5 min Uber into the town… very convenient! "

"We enjoyed our stay. It's in a very busy area, but the pool area was serene. The staff was very nice and the room was clean. We could hear guests in other rooms flush the toilet or take a shower, but it wasn't overpowering. We were right beside a busy highway but the windows were insulated enough to where we could barely hear the cars. Overall, very pleasant experience. "

"We were given a key at checkin to a room where people were still sleeping. Then waited 2 hours for another room key. The front desk person kept disappearing not to be found. When we got into the room that night the TV did not work. Front desk was going to send someone up but no one ever came. The handle to the shower door fell off as we opened it. "
