"We had a family emergency so we had to leave the first night, therefore did not partake in the breakfast. The day manager that my husband spoke to was so kind and accommodating since we had to cancel our 2 remaining days. The kitchen lacked supplies, the evening mgr said guests steal the flatware, dishes etc. she was able to get flatware & dishes from another room. Bathroom soap, shampoo dispensers were empty, which she filled for us."

"The room was dirty and smelled like an old man. The amenities were none, as stated that they were. . The amenities were not as stated. There was a pool on the website and there was no pool the hotel was very out of date not to mention right before I got ready to fall asleep. There was a bug crawling across the bed. I went to the front desk and demanded a refund and they said since I booked through Expedia I could not have a refund and I only stayed in the room for a total of four hours… "

"One of my rooms had an unflushed toilet, and the refrigerator constantly made noise and one of the dresser drawers would not close Room 218. The gentleman that checked us in was rude. I didn’t know how the pay worked with the rooms and he got short with me about it."
