Very convenient location. The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection

Very clean, staff were friendly. We were able to walk to the venue we were attending. Only downside was that the pull out couch was worse than sleeping on the floor.

By far, a way better stay than a regular hotel. The staff, how quiet it is and the dining options around made it a very pleasant stay. I will definitely come back.

The guest service staff were fantastic. I arrived very early and they had my suite ready for me within a few hours for early check in. They were always smiling and very helpful.

The staff were amazing--friendly, helpful, fast! The recommended a stellar sushi restaurant. It was a clean and beautiful property. Aside from the fact that are a couple "unsavory" looking establishments across the road, the hotel is in an excellent location--just a couple blocks to Davie Street (which is full of pubs/eateries and leads to Stanley Park). It's also close to shopping on Granville.

Good location, good apartment with all necessary amenities But there are no stairs so you have to wait for the elevator which is very slow and doesn't tell you where it is Quite weird for a hotel to not have accessible stairs Good gym inside

The apartment was fantastic - everything you need, well maintained and very well appointed. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We didn't have time to use the gym but that also looked excellent. There's a great local shop so it's easy to get food to cook. It's a 20min walk to Canada Place. Staff at Level were great and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this.

Exceptional service, staff, location, and amenities. The apartment has good kitchen supplies to cook or heat takeout. walk in closet is great to store luggage. Washer and dryer is a major plus. Nestor’s grocery 1/2 block away. Cruise port 10 minute ride. Apartment very well maintained .

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Very welcoming space, cozy for myself my elderly father and my teenaged daughter. The terrace pool and hot tub was such a nice bonus!

Was not impressed by service. Attempted to reach hotel staff on two occasions - texted and called and received no answers. Only one elevator was working and had to wait 20 minutes for it. When we were leaving - the people picking up the towels for cleaning had parked their truck in front of the exit and had multiple containers across the exit so we had to wait. Definitely not worth the price

No room services - trash stayed in our room the whole stay - had to ask for more towels and coffee - we were put on the ground floor in the back ally!! Waited to long and paid too much.. will be lookong elsewhere next time..

Flew to Vancouver to see an event at Roger’s Arena…my partner and I, required a room close to downtown, clean, had a balcony, looking out to other hi end hi rises with trees everywhere!! Fully ready kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and a safe…A large closet to hang clothes, rather than leaving clothes in bags. Housecoat’s supplied for pool and spa time! Everything we needed, was available to us…was pleasantly surprised that there was a washer and dryer in suite!! Very Convenient! Also, parking (which is important, in downtown Vancouver!) Staff was very friendly and helpful! I wish check out time was 11:00 am and check in at 3:00 pm, as we had to rush to be out of the room and also, we flew in to Vancouver & we had to wait for our room for a couple of hours…that was the only inconvenience! High end shopping and wonderful eateries, Gaston within walking distance, if not handicapped! Security in the bldg was very good…everyone needed a fob card, to enter bldg and to use elevators…so there were no worries about leaving possessions in the room or in the parkade, while out and about! I feel the price was reasonable, as it was a package and included our flights, & for the quality of the rims and the location, I feel it was an excellent price! Would definitely, return and stay at The Level, next time I visit Vancouver!
