Property had a good location central to vancouver; I would imagine that most of the room charge comes from the favorable location. The room itself was nothing special, especially considering it was well over 300 dollars a night. Equivalent rooms with two queens and basic amenities can be found in many places for under 100. Our room had no view and could be observed from outside so we had the curtains closed the whole stay, didnt get to view the city at all. Some flaws could be overlooked like the bathroom door not locking. The cleaning staff were effective and accomodating though. The room service from the restaurant was okay, but the portions were small despite being quite expensive. I would say the restaurant is not worth it. We were charged for parking despite not owning a vehicle and walking everywhere, but the lobby staff were able to fix this, and were very helpful over the course of our stay overall. My biggest complaint is obviously the cost for what you get, there are likely better options when paying such a high price.
