Being in walking distance from shopping centers was the advantage. Disadvantages : 1- Rooms WiFi service in 1st and 2nd floors were terrible during regular day hours. 2- showers took 5 mins to warm a bit 3 - room were too cold in 5th floor and even after waiting for 3-4 hrs it didn’t warm up enough to stay. So we moved to rooms in floors 1 and 2.

They don't even deserve one star. They turned off the air-conditioning night time. There was no available wifi and room was so dirty and the towels seems to be unwashed for a while. Very disappointing and far away from our expe tation.

This hotel is located in the middle of downtown area and you will have access to so many things including a wide range of restaurants with wonderful food and shopping centers. However, the area is very loud during the night. It feels that the city doesn’t sleep at all. It is fun and amazing but the calling for prayer around 3:30 am was very loud and annoying. My hotel room was dirty and not as good as it appears on the website. The most disappointing thing was that there was an air conditioning unit but didn’t work. It seems that other rooms also didn’t have air conditioning too.

Rude reception and not working air conditioning just because of electricity cost i asked them to switch on the air conditioning they said because of electricity and saving money they won't switch on it. The hotel and rooms are very old and not renovated. The staff are neatly dressed, do not speak English and will ignore all your requests. During my 4-night stay, my repeated requests to repair the air conditioner and the room lamp were ignored and all nights were spent in extreme heat and in complete darkness. I asked different people, including the hotel manager, 2-3 times a day to at least change the lamp, each time I got a response that it would be done in an hour, but no action was taken. The bathroom was very old and dark, so that my child was afraid to use the toilet and bathroom alone. The air conditioner cord was deliberately cut and left dangerously on the floor. Breakfast was not made from fresh ingredients and the eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers from the previous days were repeatedly served. During the night, there were street fights around the hotel with a lot of noise and it was not my place to go for a walk. I documented all of these with photos.

Banyosu lavabosu halıları tamamen pisti temizlik namına bişey yoktu hatta şampuan bile yoktu şampuan yerine sıvı sabun doldurmuşlar. Oteli inşhanının üstüne yapmışar alt katlar işhanıydı ve otel resepsiyon dahil her katı her yeri çok kötü kokuyordu. Odalar daha yoğun kokuyordu. Yemekhanesi berbat haldeydi kahvaltıda peynir zeytin ve yumurtadan başka bişey yoktu. Tabaklar ve çatal kaşıklarda bariz yemek artıkları vardı midenizin kaldıramayacağı kadar kötüydü. Oda servisleri de çok kötü 3 kere çağırmama rağmen 1 saatten sonra zar zor geldiler tamam geliyoruz bekleyin falan diye de surat astılar imâlı imâlı. Ne personeli ne imkanları ne binası iyiydi. Sokağından bile geçilmeyecek bir yer gerçekten. 100 200 lira daha verip daha temiz yerlerde kalın. İlk defa bir otelden bu kadar iğrendim. Birsürü otelde kaldım gördüm ama böylesini görmedim otel bile sayılmaz burası pansiyonlar burdan daha iyidir. Uzak durulması gereken biryer kesinlikle.

Not great, but not all bad

They somehow misunderstood my booking and sent me rude messages telling me I have to cancel my fully paid non refundable booking. They sorted out their mistake in the end, but it was stressful and they weren't nice about it. The hotel is very centrally located and the parking situation is difficult - street is tiny, busy and takes a lot of caution and some luck to squeeze in and out. Most of the staff were not that polite. Breakfast was very poor. Apart from all that the room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and also quiet, once you are past parking and reception it is a nice place.

Havlular değiştirilip oda temizlenmiyor.

Otelde 11 kişilik bir grup olarak 3 gece konakladık. Her defasında ve ısrarla söylememize rağmen, odalar temizlenip yataklar düzeltilmedi ve havlular değiştirilmedi. Ayrıca saat 14:30 gibi otele vardığımız halde, odaların henüz hazır olmadığı söylenerek yerleştirilmedik.

Le premier accueil était pas du tout correct.

Si nous devions retenir notre arrivée et l’accueil ça serait un zéro. Un jeune de +- 25 ans impolis et pas du tout pro. Il souhait concerver nos passeports et a fait passer 2 de ses copains avant nous en se moquant. Par contre dès que cette personne n’a plus était là, les autres personnels étaient très bien.

무료주차라고 정보를 올려놓은 것은 거짓말이었다. 주변의 유료주차장을 소개했다. 나는 무료주차장이 있어서 푸앗호텔을 예약한 것이었다. 호텔 정보대로 무료주차장에 대하여 질문하니까, 사과는 커녕 변명만 둘러댔다. 호텔방의 에어컨이 작동이 안됐다. 직원들은 친절했지만, 호텔 시설은 별로였다.

Adresse wird in Maps falsch angezeigt. Wir haben Einheimische fragen müssen. Die Parkplätze existieren nicht. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist sehr schmal. Man hätte den Schlüssel beim Portier lassen müssen, der das Auto dann ständig bewegen müsste. Das Zimmer war ok für den Preis. Man sah dass das Bad geputzt worden ist- aber man hätte wohl den Lappen mal ausspülen müssen. Es war sehr streifig. Das Frühstück war ok.
