「 Service is really good. Staff is helpful, even though the English level is not so high, but you can feel they are trying to help. Food is great. We like the tranquil environment and the not-so-touristic village just in front of the gate. 」

「I had a wonderful stay and honestly the staff could not have been more helpful. I felt incredibly spoiled and well looked after. The spa, gym and yoga were all enjoyable and the restaurants and breakfast options were also great. Can’t recommend it enough if you want a nice relaxing few days away from the chaos of hanoi!」

「It was a lovejoy experience staying at Eco Garden Hotel. The service, the food and the room was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay there.」
