"Tried some couple of services including spa and room services. Both receptionist doesn’t allow me to use credit cards only cash or local payment method (QR pay). On Aug 2024 neighbor area is like construction side, only few restaurant in nearby area, to be honest if you are foreign tourist prepare some cash or find another place for your own good! Cheers"

"I visit out of season do hotel was very quiet so was able to get upgrade with sea view. Room had plenty of space, very big bed but look like room was not ready, bedside lights was not connected, tv not connected and when connected no tv station (it was not a problem but why have a tv). Did not have breakfast. "

"Tror godt man kan forvente at den i receptionen taler bare en smule engelsk, uanset hvor man er i verden. På A25 hotel i Halong er der så ingen der kan et ord engelsk eller andet fremmedsprog. Et hotel hvor service er ikke eksisterende. Morgenbuffeten er elendig, der serveres kun noget nuddelsope."
