"This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, so dedicated, kind, and genuinely helpful. Our luggage was unfortunately lost during our flight, but the two incredible front desk agents went above and beyond to help us communicate with the airport and track our bags. Thanks to their support, we were able to find both of our suitcases. We truly appreciated their kindness and assistance during a stressful situation. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and quality. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were extremely happy with our stay. The only downside for us was the location, as the hotel is a little far from the city center. We needed to take an Uber whenever we wanted to visit the center. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and the outstanding staff made our stay especially memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"
