"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly, always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and everything was well looked after. Overall, everything was great and we had a very pleasant experience. We would happily stay here again. "The cleaners had left the door open during a rain storm so the living room had a huge puddle and the curtains had soaked up the water and it smelled awful. Also we had asked for a baby cot in advance and reconfirmed the day before but there was no cot meaning there was nowhere for our child to sleep - would not stay here again "
