「Pool was closed/broken/in repairs, and that was not relayed when booking. Also I've never stayed at a hotel where there was no coffee pot in the room. On a good note, breakfast provided was very good. Staff was also very friendly.」

「I didn’t really like the moving between apartments while on vacation. Management was very helpful and responded quickly. However, it was an inconvenience while on vacation and the money you spent to be impeded on while being on vacation. Otherwise, the second property was nice, but the shade chain was broken. 「The condo room in tower 2 was well designed and the kitchen had ample amenities to cook. The kiddie pool and lazy river in tower 2 were good. Tower two is convenient for pools and parking, but it requires crossing a road that can be busy at times to get to the beach. The building needs some repair (pool shower didn’t work and one of the hot tubs was unusable two days) and the management needs to communicate better. 「The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.」
