We enjoyed our stayed the staff is nice and friendly, clean well maintained great location close to Casa De Frida, a little difficult to find. FYI you need to use Google Maps to find and not Apple Maps it’ll take you to the wrong location.

Forever impressed with Sara Hotel!

I had to make last minute changes to what was supposed to be a weekend with my significant other, and I found myself scrambling to make arrangements to get to Valle de Guadalupe for a wedding on my own. First time in Mexico, by the way! I do not have the words to express my gratitude for the staff at Sara Hotel! From the day of my expected arrival, to helping me sort out transportation and every little attention to detail, I will forever be indebted for the kindness of Sergio and Freddy! Best experience I could have asked for, despite my circumstances. The suites themselves are super comfortable, clean, and private. I felt like I was jn my own little house in the valley! I am definitely a customer for life and will be returning with (or without, really!) my significant other, family/friends. 10/10 without a doubt!

First of all my room didn’t have a key, it wouldn’t lock in the inside I had to sleep with an unlock door, no hot water we had to let the water run! Wouldn’t stay there again!

We get to the property and they never provide a room key. We get back from wine tasting and jewelry is missing we ask to check cámaras and they are not pointing at the room. We also ask for the key and the staff states that the are in the room the keys were also missing. We felt un safe we will hear noises at 3 in the morning outside room we were very scared. The carpet was dirty. The room had a funky smell

Las vistas son muy lindas y en general el hospedaje tiene mucho potencial, pero aún les falta mucho que afinar. Nos sentimos un poco inseguros estando ahí y el desayuno que ofrece el hotel es únicamente los fines de semana y la verdad deja mucho que desear. Los cuartos en general son limpios y están bien equipados pero al exterior le hace falta mantenimiento. Al final tuvimos una buena estancia ahí pero definitivamente no es lo que esperábamos.
